We are excited to announce that Lake Center Christian School has again partnered with Worth Ave. Group to offer an affordable optional insurance program for school issued student devices for the 2021-2022 school year. Worth Ave. Group is assured to provide a high level of affordable service that is coordinated through LCCS so that families do not have to be involved in handling claims for covered devices.

• Insurance with Worth Ave. Group will protect school issued laptops against:

• The WAG policy provides replacement cost coverage and protects the laptop on and off school grounds.

• The pricing per student is unchanged for the 2021-2022 school year, and is $25.00. The enrollment deadline is September 17, 2021. Payment for the optional insurance is made directly to Worth Ave Group by visiting our enrollment portal: https://gpo.worthavegroup.com/gpo/lccs

  **The LCCS Director of Educational Technology will handle any paperwork, or claims as part of this insurance coverage, but payment must be made directly through Worth Ave. Group.**

• The insurance policy does not cover the following situations:
  • When a student has lost his/her laptop and/or its accessories,
  • Damage caused by intentional misuse or abuse, or cosmetic damage.

• In cases where insurance is not purchased, Parents/Students will be charged and responsible for paying the repair costs up to the device value of $200 (the same process as in years prior). 

• Buying insurance is optional, however, we strongly encourage parents to consider purchasing it.
