Before Care & After Care & Study Table
Before Care (K-12) - 7:00AM-7:30AM
Before Care is available each school day for students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 at a cost of $2.50 per day. K-6 students attend Before Care in the Cafenasium and
7-12 students attend Before Care in the Gym Mezzanine.

After Care (K-6) - 2:50PM-5:30PM
After Care is available each school day for registered students in Kindergarten through Grade 6.
Students may complete homework or crafts, play games, and enjoy outdoor play when weather permits. One snack is provided daily. If your child would like additional food or a
drink, please pack it with them.
Students are dismissed with their classes and report to the Cafenasium, where the After Care staff picks them up.
Students who are not picked up by 3:10 PM and do not have other arrangements will be sent to After Care.
Early Dismissal Days (if scheduled):
After Care is available on early dismissal days until 3:00 PM only. Please arrange an earlier pickup time on these days.
The daily After Care fee and the one-time registration fee (if not previously paid) will be billed through Blackbaud. Please make arrangements for your child to be picked up by that time.
There is a and a daily fee of $15 per child, billed through Blackbaud.
Complete the registration form and return it to your child’s teacher to enroll your student in After Care. You can print it from the link above or pick one up from the Elementary Office. A premium fee of $20 will be charged for students picked up after 5:30 PM, following the existing late pick-up fee schedule.
Please Note: After Care is not available on the evening before Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, Spring Break, or on the last day of school.
Study Table (Grades 7-12) - 3:00PM-5:00PM
Supervised by LCCS staff, Study Table costs $5 per hour, per student, and is billed through Blackbaud.
Students waiting for a school-sponsored after-school activity will not be charged.
Students must sign in and out of Study Table. Parents will be billed monthly for all charges.
A premium fee of $20 will be charged for every 15 minutes (or portion thereof) after 5:00 PM.
