Please complete this form to begin the withdrawal process. The Admissions Department will be notified of your intent.

LAKE CENTER CHRISTIAN SCHOOL REFUND POLICY: Students withdrawing from LCCS after a quarter has started, will owe tuition for the full quarter. This amount will be calculated by dividing the total tuition by four. Any unpaid tuition from previous quarters will also be due upon withdrawal. Parents who withdraw their children and still owe a tuition balance may be turned over to collections.
