Favorite thing about LCCS: The world tells students that they have to make a lot of money to be successful, and that money will bring them happiness, power and/or security. I enjoy exposing those myths and helping them to see God owns it all, and He is more interested in how we manage what He chooses to bless us with than how much we accumulate.
Favorite Scripture: Acts 16:31
My mission in life is simple: help people. More specifically, I want to help people know Christ and then to help build Christ’s kingdom. Teaching high school students helps me fulfill my mission. A Christian education goes beyond equipping students to function in society by teaching them that there is much more to life than just what we see. Through teaching I can help students form a biblical worldview, to see people as God sees them, to think critically, and have eternity in mind. My prayer for my students is that they will love the Lord and use the gifts He has blessed them with for His glory.
