Favorite thing about LCCS: I love that I can start each class with a praise song, and that I can pray with and for my students. I love that everything I teach can be related to how awesome our God is and how amazing His creation is.

I taught music at Lehman Jr. High School right after graduating from college. When we started our family, I took 22 years off to raise my own children. When we had 3 children in college and one still in public school, God told me I could go back into education. A job opened up at Lake Center Christian and I have been here ever since. My prayer for my students here is that they will learn to show their love for God through music. My job is to present all types and styles of music to give my students a little “taste” of various kinds of music. I don’t know where God will lead them, so having a wide range of knowledge of music will be helpful.
