A drawing will occur every half-hour throughout the day from baskets supplied by the vendors.  

Admission Price $1.00 – No strollers, please. Masks are required and please follow social distancing requirements.

Vendor Information

Lake Center Christian School has 125 vendors and is no longer accepting applications for this Craft Show to be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.  

The show will be held in the Lake Center Christian School building located at 12893 Kaufman Avenue NW, Hartville, Ohio 44632.

Set up will be Friday, November 12, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and on Saturday Morning from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. If your booth is located in the Gymnasium, you must set up on Saturday Morning. Students will be available to assist you with unloading.  All Vendors MUST be set up by 9:00 AM on Saturday and MUST stay for the whole show.

Exhibitors are required to check in upon arrival.  Donation items will be collected at the time of check-in/set-up on Friday evening or Saturday Morning.  Vendors will be shown their space.  All prevalent information (menus, additional information, etc.) will be located in your space.  Enter through Door #1, Door #3, Door #10, or Door #11.

Lake Center Christian School will provide WI-FI for your booth during the day of the show.

Food will be available for purchase throughout the show.  The cost of food is NOT included in your fee.  Food delivery will be provided to your booth at the show.

You may leave your display up over night.  The building and show venue space will be locked and the building is equipped with an alarm system.  However, Lake Center Christian School is not liable for lost or stolen items!  Please remember to keep your display up for the entirety of the show.

No Alcohol is permitted in the building or on Lake Center Christian School Campus.  No smoking in the building at any time.  No Exceptions!

The price for one eight foot table with two chairs is $45.00, with electricity is $50.00 ($5.00 more).
You may purchase more than one table space, if desired.
Booth location is based on a first response basis.  Deadline for application is October 1st, or until all booth spaces are filled. 
We will have booths in the Main Hallways, Cafenasium, and Gymnasium. 

Each vendor will receive two free passes for guests to come to the show. 

It is very important that you label your products, provide business cards, and hang a sign to identify your booth’s name.  Please be aware that no signs or decorations may be hung on walls, ceilings, or floor.

We ask that each vendor make an item donation to the Lake Center Christian Craft Show Chinese Auction. Items must be a value of at least $20.00. A drawing will be announced every half-hour throughout the show. Individual items will be distributed.
Please take this into consideration when selecting your item.

If anyone is in need of medical attention, immediately locate a Craft Show worker. A first aid kit is available and local authorities will be contacted if the need arises.

No open flames are allowed inside the building at any time. Please also refrain from burning incense inside the building in accordance with local fire code. We ask that you always be aware of the vendors around you.

Your application MUST be accompanied by the rental fee payment. NO BOOTHS WILL BE RESERVED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT! Checks should be made out to Lake Center Christian School. Only one of each Direct Sales Company will be accepted. If you can’t show, please notify us by October 1st for a full refund. No refunds will be granted after that time. If the show is booked when application is received you will be notified by email and we will void your check.
