The Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) Speech Meet was held on February 21, 2020, at Lake Center Christian School. Grades 1^st – 6^th from five Christian schools were represented: Lake Center Christian School, Chapel Hill Christian School North, Chapel Hill Christian School South, Medina Christian School, and Northside Christian School.  

There were 44 students that represented Lake Center Christian School: Sierra Brown, Mary Podnar, Jackson Bulgrin, Avery Briggs, Cecilia Pizor, Gage Nelson, Jonathan Taylor, Jaden Franke, Gideon Branch, Ty Hartzler, Ellianna Cestari, Brielle Faris, Vladik Torchilo, Audrey Mihal, Myleah Petroff, Rachel Mooney, Camila Byler, Landon Kristoff, Simon Humphrey, Nora Sobitz, Liliana Lowky, Grant Coblentz, Summer Brown, Anna Brooks, Caleb Starkey, Abigail Hersman, Lucy Bues, Harper Shuman, Elisabeth Shekochikhin, Laura Harker, Lucas Haught, Kyland Quan, Ryan Green, Sophia Chesnic, Gabriella Smith, Josiah Knisley, Grace Duff, Josefina Freeman, Ava Scott, Connor Ruddock, and Emma Pletcher, with Mackenzie Amacher,  Katelyn Kauffman, and Canaan Branch receiving the highest honor with Best of Show! They received a perfect 50 point score from all three judges. We had 31 blue ribbons, 12 red ribbons,  and 1 white ribbon.
