TRIP Program

What is TRIP?

TRIP (Tuition Reduction Incentive Program) is a great way to receive tuition assistance simply by using gift certificates to do everyday shopping. Families can purchase gift cards through the TRIP program that can be redeemed when doing their daily purchases of groceries, gas, clothing, etc.  Over 200 local and nationwide merchants participate in TRIP.

Each certificate contains a percentage rebate indicated on a TRIP order form. When the certificate or gift card is purchased, 75% of that rebate is credited to the individual family’s TRIP account. These credits will be applied two times a year (December and May) by the school towards the family’s tuition account.

How do I get started?

Simply complete a TRIP registration form (one time only) and order form. Deliver the registration form, order form, and check to the TRIP box located just inside the air-lock at the elementary entrance doorway or to the receptionist in the central lobby. Your new TRIP account number will be included with your first order. Please save this number, because you will need to write it on all future orders.  You can either pick up your order or have it sent home with your child. Orders are placed on Tuesday of each week by 8:00 a.m. for pick-up or delivery one week later on Wednesday. Orders can be placed in the boxes provided or delivered to the main office or receptionist for delivery to the TRIP coordinator for final processing.
