Preschool Enrollment Information

Lake Center Christian School is committed to establishing a quality preschool program for the 2011-2012 school year with licensure through the Ohio Department of Education. 

Staffing:

The teacher will be a 4 year certified teacher with a degree in Early Childhood Education. A teaching assistant who has a 2 year associates degree in Early Childhood Education will enhance the educational environment. 

Preschool Calendar:

The preschool program is based on 165 days of programming or 33 weeks of schooling.  Classes will begin after Labor Day and conclude at the end of May.  The preschool will follow the LCCS Calendar for vacation dates.

Students:

The initial program will be open to children who have turned 4 years old by July 1, 2011 and 5 year old students not yet ready for kindergarten enrollment. 

Program Schedule:

Half-day program from 8:00-11:30:

• Parents will have to options to select 3 or 4 days of schooling and commit to attending those days
• The tuition for the half-day students will be:

4 days/wk $2780

3 days/wk $2220

• Enrollment will be limited to 12 half-day students per day

Full-day program from 8:00-2:40:

• Students will attend 5 days per week
• 12 full-day slots will be available
• Students will have time for lunch and a rest
• The tuition for the full-day program is $4440
